| Customer | The end buyer that is purchasing goods; the entity that would click on "Pay with Slope" |
| Merchant | Your team! Alternatively, a vendor that the Customer is purchasing goods from |
| Payment Terms | The payment terms a customer chooses when servicing an order. Net 30 or 60d installments are common options. |
| Payout | A disbursement of funds between Slope and the Merchant |
